PROCEDURE FOR CLUB'S USAGE

 The club is open from6:00am - 7:30pm. Notice will be posted in the event that special function is planned.
 Members should have their I.D.cards in their possession for necessary identification
 Guests are to be accompanied and members must sign for them in the Guest Book at the Reception counter and pay the applicable fee for the facility used.
 No pets allowed in the club house and on the golf course.

 1.Children under 7 are not allowed in the Locker Room except when accompanied by the parents.
  2.Personal belongings should be kept in the lockers provided. However, the Club will not take responsibility for any loss of valuables.
 3.Lockers and towels are free for full members use. Guests. However, have to pay a service charge.
  4.Food in not allowed in the Locker Room. Only beverages with out Alchohol will be allowed.

 1.Proper attires should be worn in the Club House Swim-wear is not allowed except in the pool area.
 2.Spiked shoes are not allowed on the 2 nd floor of the Club House.
 3.Spiked shoes are strictly forbidden on main wooden stairway !!
 4.No jeans of golf course

 1.Golf rules by R & A,U.S.G.A. and Local Rules will apply.
 2.Members and guests must register at the Reception counter.
 3.Each golfer must hire one caddie. No cart pulling is allowed on the course.
 4.Members may book their tee times 2 weeks in advance by giving their I.D.numbers. Members who cannot make use of the time reserved must cancel with the Starter as soon as possible.
 5.No more than 5 players on week days and 4 players on holidays are allowed in one group.
 6.On weekdays a group may consist of any number of players not exceeding 5 On weekends and Holidays, there must be at least 2 players in a group.
 7.Single player has no standing on the course. Two players may be asked to join up with other members to form a group of 5
 8.Golfers should play without undue delay.
 9.Non-golfing children under 12 years old are not allowed on the course.
10.Players are requested to remind their caddies to replace divots, repair ball marks and rake the sand. If your caddie fails to follow your advice, please report to the Club.
 11.No practice is allowed on the course. Golfers should use the practice areas only. The driving range is open from 7 A.M.  6 P.M.
 12.To obtain a Club handicap, players should submit scorecards which are properly attested. Members are required to submit their scorecards regularly to maintain proper handicaps.
 13.Each player must have own set of golf clubs. Two players are not permitted to share the same set.
14.Any tournament scheduled is to be posted on the notice board. Tournament players have priority over other golfers.
 15.Golfers must adhere to club rules at all times. The Executive Committee may take appropriate disciplinary action against those who violate the Club's By-laws.
 16.Members who wish to introduce more guests than allowed must get written approval from the Club's Management to show the Starter.
 17.Guests playing more than 18 holes are required to pay additional caddie fee.
 18.The golf course will be closed for maintenance on Mondays until further notice.

SWIMMING POOL BY-LAWS

 1.Swimming pools are open from 8 A.M.  6 P.M.
  2.Any change in opening hours will be posted on the notice board.
  3.Only members, their families and guests are allowed to make use of the pools. Guests must register and pay the applicable fee. Maids, baby-sitters and drivers are not allowed in the pools.
 4.A shower must be taken before entering the pool.
  5.Children under 10 years who cannot swim are not allowed in the main swimming pool unless accompanied by parents or responsible adults.
  6.Members must be responsible for the safety of their children using the pools. Small children should not be left alone in the pool. Running on the pool's decks is not permitted.
 7.Persons suffering communicable diseases such as colds, nasal, eye on ear infection and open sores are not allowed to use the pool.
  8.The management will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages as a result of negligence on the part of the pool users.
 9.Appropriate swimming costume, acceptable to the mangement, should be worn.
 10.No shoes are to be worm in the pool area.
 11.Towels taken out of the changing room must be signed for at the attendants desk. Towels not returned will be charged at the rate established.
 12.No food, drinks or smoking is alowed on the pools decks.

SAUNA ROOM BY-LAWS

 1.Sauna room is open from 8 A.M.  7 P.M.
 2.Members must study the instructions on how to make use of the room before entering.
 3.The club will not be held responsible for members of guests who do not adhere to proper and sensible sauna use.
 4.No food or drinks are to be taken into the room.
 5.Members must wear a towel in the sauna room.

The club will not be responsible for injuries upon members, guests, visitors or employees under any circumstances.
